Greenville Rakes Up
Greenville residents came together to clean up their town. All ages of residents from Sara Johnson, age four, to Leonard Smalls, age eighty-four, were present. Rakes and gloves were provided by the city. All the leaves raked up were added to the city compost project.
Smalls feels blessed to have lived in Greenville all his life. "The people here are caring and hard-working. I have loved seeing how they work together to keep our town a beautiful place," he said. Johnson was just glad to help out where she could, "I'm glad I can help the park be clean so I can play with my friends."
